Open
If Haverhill schools are open, the meeting will be held.

Cancelled
If Haverhill schools are closed or delayed, there is no meeting.

At Your Discretion
However, if school is cancelled or delayed in the town a member lives in (for example, you live in Andover but you belong to our BNI chapter in Haverhill), but not in Haverhill, and you should decide not to attend the meeting, it does not count as an absence. You simply need to let the Vice President know the next week so he can keep track of absences and whether or not they count.

Note: if it's bad in your area, don't take a risk! You'll be
granted an excused absence.

Notices of "Haverhill School Closing"
and "Two-Hour Delayed Openings" due to inclement weather are announced on radio and television by 6:00 A.M.
